GRU Lieutenant Colonel Stanislav Kondratyev is tasked with finding and delivering to Russia a secret military product, the only copy of which is in one of the European countries. At one time, the creator of this device, Russian scientist Arseny Nefedov, died under unclear circumstances, barely having time to announce his invention.
