Saint Celestine, spreading her mighty wings and raising her Burning Blade, becomes the living embodiment of the God-Emperor's fury. On the smoke-shrouded and blood-drenched battlefields of the 41st millennium, her halo shines like a star, again and again illuminating the path to victory for the righteous with a gracious light. While heretics and demons wound the warrior's flesh, she calls down from heaven the flame of retribution, striking down the villains and the wicked. If Celestine dies in battle, then they do not mourn her, for she is a Living Saint, and duty requires her to die. But immortality comes at a high price: having fallen in battle, she is always trapped inside an eerie dimension of suffering and torture. There, her faith in the God-Emperor is tested, and Celestine must once again prove that she is worthy of returning to life.
