A. V. Suvorov was a unique person for his time. He became a great commander thanks only to his talent and character. “Servant to the king, father to the soldiers” - the soldiers loved him, but considered him an eccentric. Suvorov avoided comfort, led a bivouac life, slept on hay, wore the lightest clothes even in the cold, did not walk, but ran, did not ride, but galloped, and was constantly on the move.
