The book introduces the life of T. A. Lugovskaya (1909–1994), artist and writer, sister of the poet V. Lugovsky. From a young age, she was familiar with many poets and writers - V. Mayakovsky, O. Mandelstam, A. Akhmatova, P. Antokolsky, A. Fadeev, and was friends with E. Bulgakova and F. Ranevskaya. The work of a theater artist brought her closer to V. Tatlin, A. Tyshler, S. Lebedeva, L.
