There are many different stories in this book. Hope you like some of them. When I re-read them, in addition to those that have become quite famous and even included in school anthologies and when reading which you always feel some kind of embarrassment and do not know whether you really wrote them or just heard them somewhere, I Most liked: “The Brief Happiness of Francis Macomber”, “In a Strange Land”, “White Elephants”, “As You Will Not Be”, “The Snows of Kilimanjaro”, “Where It’s Clean, It’s Light” and a story called “The Light of the World” , which no one but me ever liked.
