Today we see the work of “website blacklists”, the “Great Firewall of China” and have agreed to “anti-terrorism amendments” leading to widespread surveillance. Have humanity in general and Internet users in particular managed to maintain a space for the free exchange of information? Who and what represents today's Web? What are its prospects?
