Pre-war Germany of the 30s, bohemian Berlin is filled with swinging youth. Young Leni Riefenstahl, who has just finished filming Olympia, meets four young architects from Albert Speer's bureau. The guys have a strange hobby: they are trying to electrify the guitar. Through Leni, Adolf Hitler becomes aware of the creative searches of the employees of the chief designer of the capital of the Third Reich. The project, codenamed “Skirt,” is personally supervised by the Fuhrer.
