An unusual look at vanished life from paleoartists of a new generation.
Less than a year has passed since the book “All Bygone Days” was published abroad, and in continuation of the theme, a second book appeared, compiled from works sent for a competition announced by the authors of the book. Actually, this is where the title comes from - “All Your Past Days.” This book is about fossil animals, mainly dinosaurs; Mammals and other animals are represented in it with single illustrations. When depicting animals, the authors draw parallels between modern animals and their prehistoric relatives and analogues, and also refer to scientific works describing this or that phenomenon. Some illustrations reflect the latest scientific discoveries, others - bold hypotheses and assumptions that are not without probability, and still others - deliberately turn to outdated ideas or frankly groundless assumptions, once again showing that the path of science has not been straight and smooth. Colorful illustrations are accompanied by capacious and informative descriptions depicted phenomena.
