This edition of the unique notes of the famous Russian lawyer, public figure, publicist, musician, Chernigov provincial prison inspector D.V. Krainsky (1871-1935) includes materials from seven volumes of his diaries dating back to 1919-1934. This is one of the most truthful, objective, detailed descriptions of Bolshevism by eyewitnesses of its atrocities, as well as the difficult life of Russian refugees in a foreign land. All works are published for the first time from manuscripts from the archive stored in Brazil, in the family of the granddaughter of D. V. Krainsky - I. K. Korsakova and her wife of O. V. Grigoriev.
