The second book in the volume “Art” offers readers an outline of architecture, fine and decorative arts from the 17th century to the present day. It combines six sections dedicated to outstanding masters, the main styles and movements of art of countries and peoples of the world. The articles included in the book were written by art historians from Moscow State University. M. V. Lomonosov, Russian State University for the Humanities and the State Tretyakov Gallery. The volume “Art” is designed for children of middle and high school age, their parents and teachers, as well as for everyone who considers themselves an art lover.
