Pavel, a manager of a large transport enterprise, “celebrates” the “Day of Departure” from life. In a society that may not be very distant in the future, every citizen at birth is assigned an Exit Date, which is a basic document recorded in the spinal cord. This method of population regulation was introduced due to the excessive number of people on Earth. It turns out that this same day is also the date of departure of his father, who, having forged his documents, issued them for his son. Unfortunately, the father did not think about the fact that after his Departure Date, his son would not even be able to exercise the right to live in his house. Pavel suddenly becomes homeless, without a means of support. His search for a way out leads him into completely incredible situations.
