The famous St. Petersburg writer Semyon Laskin dedicated several of his works to the Dyrochkin family. But the wonderful story from the life of Sanya Dyrochkin, told on behalf of the dog Moti, was not published during the author’s lifetime. This ironic and touching story was kept in the writer’s archive for many years and was first published in the Tsarskoe Selo magazine No. 2 in 2007. The book was prepared for publication by the author’s son, Alexander Laskin.
