This is obviously a reform project of the modern ambitious writer Dmitry Starodubtsev, who considers himself a follower of the classical Russian language in its best traditions... On the planet Sheras, the era of the birth of great civilizations, but at the same time - a time of bloody wars. The threat of destruction looms over the powerful empire; disaster is inevitable. Meanwhile, three young, ambitious friends set off on an adventure. There are many powerful enemies, they are strong, and their atrocities are monstrous... The rapidly developing action instantly draws the reader into the exciting process of exploring the entire diversity of the human race, with its inquisitive spirituality and, at the same time, the most disgusting vices. The novel unfolds before the reader in a panoramic canvas many spheres of social relations - political, economic, social, but, above all, it is an almost encyclopedic study of military tactics and strategy of ancient armies. And yet, at the forefront is a story of tragic love, a hymn to the forgotten ideals of true male friendship and reflections on eternal and transitory values.
