Konstantin Fedorovich Nekrasov (1873–1940), nephew of the poet N. A. Nekrasov, in the history of Russian literature for many years remained in the shadow of his great uncle. Meanwhile, Konstantin Nekrasov, as a bright and extraordinary personality, tried himself in different directions - from politics to art. But the most important business of his life was the publishing house, which he opened in the fall of 1911 in Yaroslavl. Nekrasov managed to interest famous writers, poets, artists, art critics, and translators of the early 20th century in the new publishing house. The publishing house existed until the fall of 1916 and left a very noticeable mark on Russian culture of the early 20th century. The correspondence of K. F. Nekrasov with prominent representatives of the Silver Age recreates the unique atmosphere of the literary life of Russian society of that time and complements the well-known images of poets and artists with new, sometimes completely unexpected touches. The book is intended for a wide range of readers. The book uses photographs of Irina Vaganova and Irina Shtolba, as well as from the archive of Nikolai Konstantinovich Nekrasov, from the funds of the State Institution of Yaroslavl Joint Stock Company “State Archive of the Yaroslavl Region” and the International Research Center of Pavel Muratov. The publishing house is saved in PDF A4 format layout.
