Arnon Grunberg (real name Arnon Jascha Eaves Grunberg, b. 1971) is the largest and, according to critics, the most talented writer of the younger generation in the Netherlands. Winner of the Constantijn Huygens Prize (2009) for his contribution to Dutch literature. Arnon Grunberg is also familiar to the Russian reader - in 2005 and 2011, translations of his novels “Phantom Pain” and “The Story of My Baldness” (translated by S. Knyazkova) were published, and now the author writes his own column in Novaya Gazeta.
