Russia entered the twentieth century as a backward agrarian country, whose agriculture froze at the level of feudalism. Four-fifths of the population of the Russian Empire lived in villages, and most of the peasants, even from hand to mouth, could not feed themselves. Two attempts to carry out agrarian reform - 1861 and 1906. - failed miserably. The first is due to the laziness and inertia of the landowners. The second is because of the instinct of self-preservation of the peasants. The Bolsheviks who came to power tried to support the agricultural sector, but this was technically impossible. Soviet Russia was heading towards complete economic collapse. And then the government did the impossible, carrying out an agrarian reform of incredible courage. And immediately after its completion, Hitler came to power in Germany. Oh yes, of course, this is just a coincidence, and not recognition by the “world community” of the fact that Russia itself will not collapse, and now it will have to be destroyed by force. The book is published in the author’s edition.
