The killers of American President John Kennedy and then his brother Robert Kennedy were, according to the author, under telepathic influence at the time of the crime. Only with the help of the psi-effect is it possible to open the code using no other method of unbreakable encryption. Jacques Bergier is convinced that the development of psi phenomena, including psi energy, has a great future, and compares this discovery with the discovery of electricity, electromagnetism, nuclear fission and atomic energy.
