The book talks about ways to form a person’s communicative culture. The authors answer a possible question from our readers - educators, psychologists, educational organizers, teachers and students of pedagogical universities - what should first of all be taught to schoolchildren in order to prepare a socially responsible citizen. The manual will be of interest to practicing teachers dealing with the problems of developing communicative competence. In this regard, the authors offer practical assignments, development of lessons and extracurricular activities, development of elective courses on this issue. The book was published with government support as part of the implementation of the Priority National Project “Education”.
