This publication presents lecture notes on notaries in Russia and reflects the current state of notaries in Russia not only as a science, but also as an academic discipline. The manual has been prepared at a high scientific and methodological level. The book provides the basics of organizing the activities of notary bodies, the basic concepts of this activity and the procedure for citizens and organizations to contact these bodies, as well as the features of the rights and responsibilities of a notary. The proposed publication is presented in accessible language and is intended for higher education students educational institutions that provide for the study of Russian notaries.
