Three cadets of the Academy of Interstellar Space Fleet - Willie, Elaina and the eight-legged creature Good Bug - go on their first mission. On board the spaceship, they must get to the planet Yta, pick up a sample of the local fauna, a rare and valuable artiodactyl animal - the pumpkin - and take it to the planet Gmurr. A seemingly simple mission turns into a matter of planetary scale! The heroes will come face to face with the rulers of the planets, challenge criminals and tyrants, visit other people's bodies, take part in an uprising and uncover an interplanetary conspiracy. Will they be able to remain friends? Will the Academy appreciate their heroism? Space vagabonds will show what they are capable of!
