In the post-war period, the invisible part of the Cold War iceberg sharply intensified attempts at the “peaceful destruction” of Soviet Russia through economic warfare. COCOM was created - the Commission to control the supply of advanced technologies and equipment to the socialist camp. Russia was prevented from joining the international division of labor in science and technology. Then domestic scientific and technical intelligence entered the “path of secret war”. And if KOKOM is the “armor”, then NTR is the “projectile” that crushed it. In the West, the actions of NTR were assessed as follows: “the KGB has no equal in industrial espionage.” And most importantly, NTR took part in the creation of a reliable nuclear missile shield for the Fatherland. Against the background of the general work of NTR, the manuscript shows its achievements in the 60-70s. The author considers his manuscript to be the notes of an intelligence laborer from the indicated years. However, questions are raised about the history of “technical” intelligence during the time of Ivan the Terrible. According to the author, the manuscript clearly demonstrates a reasoned fact: domestic intelligence - political, counterintelligence and scientific and technical - did not lose the Cold War...
