Everywhere around and inside us we are teeming with miniature robotic bacteria created using the latest nanotechnology. These robots multiply at cosmic speed, juggle atoms at will, can store hundreds of megabytes of information, and in general clearly symbolize the end of the world by their appearance. But it was not space invaders who let these genies out of the bottle, but hungry Russian scientists, in whose hands were left the developments of top-secret nano-laboratories. Robot bacteria form a Nanotech network: each bacteria, through its neighbors, can communicate with any other robot bacteria on the planet via infrared communication. And the administrator of the Nanotech network is literally likened to God: he can see everything (transfer of visual information from anywhere on the planet directly to the administrator’s optic nerve), control people’s actions, synthesize any objects from thin air (including weapons and drugs - ordinary users of such rights they don’t), in general, he can do virtually everything. And these Russian administrators could live happily, but the smart guys from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology were able to see through their tunnel microscopes the inscription “Made in the USSR” exactly one atom thick on the surface of the notorious robots. And away we go. Both superpowers hire hackers, neuro-surgeons and the bald devil to snatch their access codes, passwords and appearances from poor admins.
