Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі харчування та здорового способу життя. Автор, розповідаючи про свій досвід боротьби із зайвою вагою, дійсно змусила мене переосмислити свої погляди на їжу та харчування. Я завжди вважала, що для схуднення потрібно обмежувати себе в їжі, але ця книга доводить, що можна їсти досхочу і при цьому худнути!
