1291 year. The fall of Akkon, the last stronghold of the Crusaders in the Holy Land, has taken place. Four Knights Templar, who miraculously managed to carry a Christian relic - the Holy Grail - from the besieged city, set off on a long journey. They made a vow: to deliver the sacred cup safe and sound to the Templar castle in Paris. On the way to Paris they will have to travel around almost the whole world. They are awaited by insidious enemies and difficult trials: the arenas of the lists, the cold dungeons of the emir's palace, wanderings in the desert and battles with the servants of the devil himself. All the weapons of the Middle Ages are turned against them: poison, fire, iron, deceit, chilling cruelty. The victory of the Templars will mean the salvation of the world. And defeat can lead to the reign of eternal darkness on Earth.
