Not every eschatological work is marked by so many theological questions and problems that the author touches on here. The book describes in detail the upcoming Second Coming of Jesus Christ, reveals the topical and controversial issue in certain circles of the time of the “rapture” (the ascension of redeemed people to Christ into heaven). It also reveals the essence of the thousand-year reign of Christ, examines the eschatological promises to the people of Israel and their implementation. What makes the study especially poignant is the refutation of dispensationalist “science,” which has appropriated to itself the “keys of understanding” and has influenced more than one generation of Christians both in the West and in Russia. The author proposes to go with him on the path of studying biblical prophecies about the end times and determine what the true context of upcoming events is. Finally, a lengthy commentary is provided on the last prophecies from the book of Daniel in order to clarify their significance for the eschatology of the New Testament.
