Alexei Aleksandrovich Rostovtsev is a retired colonel who served in Soviet intelligence for a quarter of a century, of which sixteen years served abroad; writer, author of many books and publications, member of the Writers' Union of Russia. In one of the deep canyons of the Latin American country of Aurica, forgotten by God and people, the sworn enemies of humanity have built a top-secret facility where weapons are being developed, designed to provide their owners with dominance over the world. A few hours before his failure, a Soviet intelligence officer manages to uncover the secret of the Double UH facility.
