The presented work of a team of authors is devoted to posing the problem of identifying a separate area within the science of financial law - regional financial law (legal regulation of regional public finance). The work presents the author's approach to the concept of regional financial law, its subject, system and methodology. The development of the science of regional financial law is studied, as well as the legal regulation of regional and municipal monetary circulation, regional budget law, regional and local taxes, regional public credit, regional public insurance, regional budget control.
