The monograph examines theoretical and practical issues of protecting consumer rights in obligations for the provision of paid tourist services. The legal regulation of tourism activities and the legal nature of the agreement on the sale of a tourism product are analyzed. The subject of the contract for the provision of tourist services for a fee, the legal status and rights and obligations of the consumer in the obligations for the provision of tourist services are considered.
