This manual is compiled in the form of a project for a single-apartment residential building with living quarters in the attic. The house project is real. It was successfully implemented a year before the manual was compiled. The purpose of developing the manual is to describe the main components of wooden structures used in the construction of low-rise residential buildings with timber walls; provide the necessary information to people who intend to start building their own low-rise residential building with timber walls (on their own or with the involvement of third-party organizations), but who do not have sufficient experience in construction.
