A set of recommendations is presented for ensuring the safety of educational institutions (EIs) of all types and levels of education. The recommendations are based on methodological materials of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB of Russia. The theoretical, legal and organizational foundations, as well as technical means of protecting educational institutions from terrorism and threats are considered technogenic and social nature.
