What are you willing to do to become a prima ballerina at an elite school? Gigi, Bette and June, three of the best students at a Manhattan ballet school, know firsthand what it's like to be at the center of scandals. Gigi is a free-spirited new girl who just wants to dance, but dancing can literally kill her. Bette is a local girl from a privileged family, trying to get out of the shadow of her star sister and is ready to do anything for this. June is a perfectionist who must get the lead role this year at all costs, otherwise her control-freak mother will take her out of school. Here, any dancer can become either a friend or an enemy. Girls will have to sacrifice, manipulate and be ready to stab their opponent in the back in order to become the best of the best.
