This work is an overview of a new direction - the psychology of visual health. This direction actively uses methods of modern psychotherapy, psychocorrection and interdisciplinary practices. The manual highlights the model of “health-saving technology” in the field of “Health Psychology” using the example of the educational and preventive program of psychophysical correction “Psycho-OCology: the art of seeing the world - healthy eyes.” This program is an integral part of the “Culture of Health in a Team” project, which is aimed at teaching prevention skills and promoting the value of health as the main resource for the development of the individual and society as a whole, accounting and management of health resources.
