The novel takes place in the universe of J.R.R. Tolkien six thousand years after the events described in the famous trilogy “The Lord of the Rings.” Since then, Middle-earth has changed a lot: the achievements of technological progress are successfully combined with magic, scientists work side by side with magicians, everyone has been using telephones, cars and airplanes for a long time. The plot revolves around a mysterious ring, the secret of which three teenagers are trying to uncover. They will face serious obstacles, which new friends will help them overcome. In Middle-earth, even after so many centuries, there is still a place for love and friendship, frivolous actions and exploits.
