Stanislav Valeryevich Lekarev is a retired colonel, from 1958 to 1994 he worked in various divisions of the central apparatus of intelligence and counterintelligence, as well as in the information, analytical and scientific structures of the KGB of the USSR, the Ministry of Defense and the Federal Grid Company of the Russian Federation. He was an employee of the London KGB station (1966-1967, 1972-1975). Candidate of Historical Sciences, Professor at the Academy of Security, Defense and Law Enforcement.
