In the Academy's textbooks they write that the Earth was destroyed by a chemical disaster. After the collapse, a small city remained suitable for life, divided by a cross into four districts, in the center of which stands the building of the Committee of Governors. People have built cities on top of cities and live on top of old buildings, cars can travel through the air, and children are given strange names. Feelings are considered a disease, and an opinion that differs from the state is considered a deviation. But does no one really live below - above the harmful fumes? What if the world outside the city and the protective wall also exists? “We are your Creators,” says the main character of the story, Caramel – sweet and viscous, stuck in the mud of the metropolis; and it is she who will lead readers through the new world - the ideal city of a totalitarian future.
