Andrey Volos was born in 1955 in Dushanbe, majoring in geophysics. Since the late 80s, his stories and novellas have been published in magazines. Some of them, dedicated to the East, were subsequently compiled into the book “Khurramabad”, which received prestigious literary awards. The new novel, “Real Estate,” is written on Moscow material. The main character of the story is a realtor, an agent for the sale of apartments, a person prone to reflection, but who managed to adapt to new conditions. The choice of such a hero allowed the writer to build an unusually dynamic plot, describe many bright psychological types and reproduce the hectic rhythm of modern life, which often turns into meaningless vanity. Andrei Volos found the golden mean between action-packed fiction and serious “confessional” literature and created a truly modern novel that continues the traditions of Russian classical prose.

Я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто цінує якісну літературу, що змушує замислитися про важливі речі в житті.
