The Kino group is certainly one of the most popular rock bands that appeared on the crest of the “new wave” in the second half of the 80s of the twentieth century. The leader and author of all the songs of the group was Viktor Robertovich Tsoi. After his tragic death, the legendary band, which in total over nine years of concert and studio activity released more than a hundred songs, several official albums, collections, concert recordings, as well as a large number of unofficial bootlegs, dissolved itself and ceased to exist. Now the Kino group exists completely in other paradigms. Tsoi became the voice of his generation... yes and no. For the voice and music of the group have an unconditional relevance, purity, uncompromising tenderness and sincerity not of a generational, but of a geographical order.
