The story is about a boy who was born with an unusual illness, which, in his opinion, spoils his childhood. The hero dreams of growing up quickly in order to find answers to all questions and, most importantly, to get rid of his congenital “vice,” not suspecting that his uniqueness opens up new abilities. Just one summer in the village with your dear, but at the same time so distant and misunderstanding grandmother can become fateful. The boy loves the old woman with all his heart and is incredibly afraid of losing her, so he is ready to make any sacrifices to save him from dangers, even if he invented them himself. Unchildish experiences and internal struggle balance on the brink of madness and faith in the bright future that the boy so strives for. The cover design uses a fragment of the painting “Boy’s head”.
