The book's hero named Grieg travels through the Land of Dreams. Each of us goes to this country when we fall asleep and dream, but only a few can travel through it consciously. What can we say about influencing the world of dreams! Very few people have this ability. Such people are called Dream Makers. The main city of the Land of Dreams is divided into quarters, and each of them has its own ruler. There is an area of Eternal War, Bodily Joy, Summer Sea, and Children's Playground. Beyond the city begins the gloomy Outskirts of Nightmares, and even further away the unexplored Wasteland. Everything is under the control of these great dream masters. But they also have contradictions, and sometimes even enmity. The main character finds himself drawn into a conflict between two Dreammakers. He is forced to accept their offer and go in search of the great Artifact.
