Christianity is a religion of joy, but that joy to which there is only one path - through Golgotha, the joy that is born in the heart from co-crucifixion with Christ. The Lord wants us, united with Him in Baptism, to be partakers of His suffering, so that we can then be partakers of His glory. If you want this joy, even with a small ray, to illuminate your heart, to be a guarantee of the joy with which the righteous will rejoice when they shine like the sun in the Kingdom of their Heavenly Father (Matthew 13:43), then do not leave Christ the Giver of Life, follow Him, do His holy will. In His holy commandments are life, light, eternal joy. After all, He Himself said to His apostles: I will come to you... then I will see you, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you (John 14:28; 16:22). He Himself greeted everyone after His Resurrection with this all-joyful word: Rejoice (Matthew 28:9). Joy is a spark of grace in the heart; share your Easter joy: CHRIST IS RISEN!
