At all times, the best minds of mankind have been puzzled by issues of war and peace. Within the framework of the human community, it is impossible to come to an unambiguous conclusion: eternal peace is just as impossible as progress is impossible without confrontation of opinions and military conflicts. In such a global issue, it is difficult to achieve objectivity, because wars are the result of a clash of interests, where each side will defend what is beneficial to it. Therefore, it is more correct to raise this topic based on the opinions of people who have studied this issue since the 19th century, a century when military conflicts began to be of an informational nature to a greater extent than before.
