Sergei Kazmenko (1954–1991) is a Soviet science fiction writer, a resident of St. Petersburg, who unfortunately died so untimely, the author of six novellas and seven dozen short stories, some of which remained unpublished. For the last eight years, the writer was bedridden by a serious illness, which interrupted his life in the thirty-seventh year of his life, on January 30, 1991.
