The book reveals the key concepts of general psychology: needs, emotions, will, behavior, individual (typological) differences, consciousness and unconscious manifestations of human higher nervous activity. Their analysis was carried out from the standpoint of the need-information approach proposed by the author and is based on data from ethology, physiology of higher nervous activity and human psychophysiology.
