This book will shock both Atlanticists and anti-Americans because it combats the vulgar versions of their ideology. After the collapse of the USSR, there was a qualitative change in the nature of traditional American imperialism; he chose the path of suicidal unbridledness, setting as his goal the conquest of world domination and imagining himself as a new Roman Empire. The author asks what lies at the heart of this vain madness: the ideology of the “neoconservatives,” the financial interests of the military-industrial complex and oil politicians, the aggressiveness of the Israeli lobby, extreme nationalism, or something else? The mortal danger, he argues, comes not so much from America, whose power is greatly exaggerated, but from those who allow and stimulate the influx of foreign ethnic groups into Europe. Based on his concept of “Eurosiberia” (the author uses this term to avoid confusion with “Eurasianism”), G. Fay substantiates the need for a union of Europe and Russia. He puts forward the idea of the North, i.e. the unification of all peoples of European origin living on the planet, including Russians and white Americans, in an ethnopolitical rather than a geopolitical perspective
