The main source of Don Schminke's "Leader's Code" on the nature of leadership is Budoshoshinshu, written by Yuzan Daidoji (1636-1730). However, the author wittily extended the rules and principles discovered by Daidoji to a new object - the “samurai” of the 21st century - heads of companies and firms. The book gives a wide variety of advice to young managers - from behavior in the family and team to meetings and negotiations at the highest level, called necessary leadership qualities for a successful career. The book contains appendices that describe the application of the code in everyday life and indicate additional resources when studying the most important problems.
