The basis of the plot of this story is as old as time: having lost his entire family due to the villain who captured his native land, 17-year-old Domino decides to find himself a mentor who will help him one day challenge this villain and take full revenge on him for what he has done. However, this region - the Northern Steppes - has long been a bone of contention for the two opposing supra-governmental organizations that govern the world, by which its capture, of course, could not pass unnoticed. But how to stop a terrorist if the action of any of the organizations means another war? The second main character of this story, a young and promising soldier of one of the sides, Rex Strakhov, due to the old friendship of his uncle with the leader of the opposing organization, finds himself in a delicate situation and also tries to do at least something to take the North from the invader...
