A decade ago, a group of dissidents, dreamers and radical libertarians, using their scientific developments, landed on the moon. It was there that they built themselves a shelter. Aristil, the underground city of the new frontier, in which American techno-capitalists, Mexican hydroponic farmers, Vietnamese engineers, AIs and genetically modified intelligent dogs live. Earthly powers need the resources mined by colonists on the Moon. We need an external enemy and a small victorious war. The inevitable conflict is coming.
