We all exist only for a short period of time and during this time we are able to explore only a small part of the universe. But people are curious creatures. We ask questions, we look for answers to them. Living in this huge world, which can be either kind or cruel, and peering into the endless sky, people constantly ask themselves many questions: How can we understand the world in which we find ourselves? How does the Universe behave? What is the nature of reality? Where did all this come from? Did the Universe need a creator? Many of us don't spend much time on these questions, but almost all of us have thought about it at some point. One of the most famous scientists of our time, Stephen Hawking, wrote a book that continues the theme started in his previous books. Hawking poses questions, which he then answers using the latest advances in science - What started existence? Why do we exist? Why are the laws of physics the way they are? Can we answer all these questions without resorting to "divine intervention"?
