Having defeated the army of the Goths, Max and his comrades won themselves some quiet time. But the Dixes are still multiplying, the Goths are still thirsting for power over the entire archipelago, and in the bowels of the Sowers’ ship the secrets of the appearance of earthlings in this world are still hidden. And all these problems need and can be solved. Only for this it is necessary to create a controlled organization - the state. Now Max has to become the ruler of the Island and, as in hoary antiquity, prove his right to dictate laws with fire and sword.
