It is customary to speak about the Egyptian pyramids with a touch of respect. Since ancient times, they have been surrounded by a martyr's aura of miraculous properties, which even the pharaohs probably did not suspect. This is not surprising: after all, the builders of the pyramids were, of course, if not space aliens, then at least Atlanteans, and it was they who invested a secret “astral” meaning in all dimensions of the pyramids. The ancient Egyptian unit of length "cubit" turns out to be exactly one ten-millionth of the average radius of the Earth; the height of the Cheops pyramid is nothing more than one billionth of the distance from the Earth to the Sun. And so on. “Miracles” associated with pyramids and astronomy were examined in detail at one time by the famous Soviet popularizer Ya. Perelman. However, surprisingly, the list of “miracles” has not only not decreased since then, but has also expanded significantly. And it continues to grow: new ones are added to the old “miracles” almost every year. Apparently, the time has come to deal with them.
